Abstract: Modifications and additions to IEEEStd802.1D-1990 that extend its scope and field of application to transparent bridging between 802.6 Subnetworks of MANs and between Fibre Distributed Data Interface (FDDI), IEEE 802 LANs and 802.6 Subnetworks of MANs are specified.
