William J. Moylan is the recipient of the 1995 Outstanding Engineer presented by the IEEE Southeastern Michigan Section at the Gold Award Banquet as well as at the Section meeting. Moylan is the Chair of IEEE Std 141-1993 (IEEE Red Book).
