How to use IEEE Xplore

IEEE Standards Online Subscriptions
Now Available via IEEE Xplore®

Your IEEE Standards Online subscription is now accessible through the powerful IEEE Xplore® digital library, which also delivers access to all IEEE periodicals and conference publications.

Your account administrator has been provided with new login instructions for accessing your standards on the new platform. To find out who your account administrator is, contact onlinesupport@ieee.org.

For an overview of the new features and search tools in IEEE Xplore, go to http://www.ieee.org/web/standards/materials.html

Please note that you will need to register in IEEE Xplore for any email alerts on new and revised standards and drafts you still wish to receive.

Moving to the IEEE Xplore digital library provides your organization with several additional features and benefits not currently available to you, including:

  • The opportunity to search all IEEE content such as journals, magazines and conferences at the same time, not just the material available through your subscription
  • The option to switch to the more convenient Internet Protocol (IP) authentication, so you'll no longer need to remember a username and password
  • Opt-in/Opt-out Email alerts for new content
  • And multiple search options, including the ability to search standards by status, and groupings/families.

The previous platform will no longer be available, and all subscribers will be redirected to IEEE Xplore.

IEEE thanks you for your support, and we look forward to providing you with excellent service in the years to come.
