 Add MX shading to "NaN arguments shall ... choose the numeric value" on
 lines 12225-12227, and to the whole of line 12231.

Interpretation response

The standards states the requirements for NaN argument handling and conforming
implementations must conform to this. However, concerns have been raised
about this which are being referred to the sponsor.
