287.2 - Recommended Practice for Precision Coaxial Connectors at RF, Microwave and Millimeter-wave Frequencies - Part 2: Test Procedures

The purpose of this Recommended Practice is to present state-of-the-art test procedures that can be used to verify the performance of coaxial connectors. Test procedures for both electrical and mechanical performance are detailed. A very important utility of this standard is that it serves as a user's guide. The standard presents up-to-date test methods to utilize automatic vector network analyzers (VNAs) along with current state-of-the-art concepts in connector technology.
