The IEEE-SA Corporate Advisory Group
(CAG) is a committee of the IEEE-SA Board of Governors
(BOG). It serves as an advisory body toIEEE-SA corporate
members and to IEEE-SA BOG.
Responsibilities
• Facilitates industry feedback on present and
proposed methods and tools provided for development
of standards and related products
• Represents corporate member insight and guidance
on needs, interest, vision, products, and services
provided by the IEEE-SA
• Provides sponsorship and sponsorship liaison
for corporate projects
• Helps establish a “corporate standards
developing environment”
• Drives the initiation of entity standards
projects and the entity balloting process
• Promotes corporate representation and membership
• Promotes a critical mass in key technology
sectors
