Standards Forum
The Forum is a place where subjects can be discussed in an informal setting, and also allows members to get a better understanding of issues before votes are taken at the Board meeting. It can also be a place to discuss the business of the Institute. A presentation of the topic is made by an individual, which is then followed by an open discussion period.
The Forum will be held on Wednesday, 11
June at The Heldrich, 10 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick,
NJ 08901. The Forum topic is "Update on the International
Strategy", to be given by Chuck Adams.
The Standards Board Meeting
The meeting is scheduled from 8:30am to 4:00pm on Thursday,
12 June. Every attempt will be made to keep to this time
frame. Please try to arrange your schedule so that you can
be present for the entire meeting as the entire Board is
responsible for all decisions that are made during the meeting.
The meeting agenda will be available at a later date.
Sleeping Accommodations
We have arranged for sleeping accommodations at The Heldrich.
The room rate is $159/night for single/double occupancy
and includes wireless internet access. This rate is exclusive
of applicable state and local taxes. To make reservations,

website and enter the Group Code: 36007.
The cut off date for hotel reservations at this rate/block is Monday, 19 May 2008. Reservations are being accepted while space is still available. Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

Heldrich Valet Parking:
$32.00 per 24 hour basis
Forum/Dinner Wednesday: $12.00 up to four hours.

If you require transportation from the airport to the hotel, there are several options. If you choose a car or shuttle service, reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.

A taxi from Newark Liberty Airport is approximately $70-80, from JFK Airport approximately $140-150.
