Hung Ling, Acting Chair, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Hung Ling had been asked by Tom Prevost to stand in as chair in his absence. Introductions were made around the room.

2          REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF AGENDA
{All votes are unanimous, unless otherwise stated.}

Lisa Yacone, Administrator asked that an Agenda Item "myProject Update" be added after Item 4. PARs for Discussion, if time permitted.

The Administrator reported that one PAR for the Revision of a Standard [P1289] had been removed from the agenda due to lack of Sponsor Authorization. A new PAR [P2600.1a] had been removed from the agenda at the request of the submitter.

A motion was made and seconded to approve the agenda as modified. The motion passed.

5          OLD BUSINESS

5.1       myProject Update - Yacone

Lisa provided a myProject update regarding the move of the PAR submittal form from an outside database into myProject. Log in will be required. There will no longer be a need to wait for synchronization of two databases. The NesCom member area will not change. There will be no significant changes to the submittal pages except for some layout. Enhancements have been made to the ability for PAR submitter to collaborate with others. The rollout is slated for 1 July 2009. An email will go out to the Sponsors and Working Group chairs.

AI: Lisa will confirm with Christina Sahr that PARs will still be accessible to the public.

6          NEXT MEETING

The next quarterly meeting of NesCom will take place on 10 September 2009 in Piscataway, NJ, USA.
The PAR submission deadline for the 10 September meeting is 31 July 2009.
