As extension requests were being discussed Lisa asked the NesCom members if they would like to see the PAR history information removed from the top of the extension requests, since the information does not necessarily link back to the original PAR. The members would still like to eventually see this information once it is fixed.

AI: Lisa will submit a ticket asking the programmers to hide this information on the PAR view until it is programmed to point all the way back to the original PAR.

AI: Lisa will work with Glenn to set up a telecon for this ad hoc prior to December

5.2      Ad hoc - Adoption of Non-IEEE Draft Standard

Lisa presented slides with results from the initial meeting of this ad hoc, which were provided by ad hoc chair Mike Seavey. There was disagreement as to whether the OpsMan wording in 5.6 needs to be changed since the draft standard will be a published standard at the time of actual adoption. The ad hoc will continue its discussion of this matter.

6          NEW BUSINESS

No new business at this time.

7       NEXT MEETING

The next NesCom Continuous Processing telecon is scheduled for 29 October 2010 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

The next face to face NesCom meeting is scheduled for 7 December 2010 in Piscataway, NJ, USA. The submittal deadline of PARs for the December agenda is 18 October 2010.
